Tragedy so deep

And painful, yet we survive

With our faith intact.

Here we are, still stunned and grieved in the aftermath of the massacre last week at Mother Emanuel AME, an historic Black Church in Charleston, South Carolina, where a deranged white gunman opened fire during Wednesday night's Bible Study and killed 9 worshipers, including the pastor. The sheer shock from the tragic news.  The wide spread rippling effect. Such an evil unfathomable act. So sad. So very very sad. My prayers are with you, Mother Emanuel AME Church. My prayers are with you.
